Appeal in the arbitration
If one party is unhappy with the arbitration decision, is there any appeal process in Armenia that can be used?

Aug 10th 2017, 08:33 According to the Law on Arbitration of the RA there are only concrete cases when the party can bring an appeal against an award of the arbitral tribunal. Only annulment process can be initiated against an award of the arbitral tribunal and if there are violations of the applicable law. So if the party is not satisfied with the award that can not be a ground to bring an appeal.
